Life is an ever changing process. Everyday we shift, and mold, being constantly altered by a steady stream of our daily choices. This personal erosion not only effects our bodies, but our minds and spiritual selves as well.
All to often I find myself allowing the flow of the world to take over, watching Netflix or spacing out on Facebook. Meanwhile I find myself restless, yet exhausted, so incredibly ready to do something while at the same time so tired.
I'm ready to leave that way of life behind and start working on flowing in my own direction. There are so many wonderful, beautiful things to do with a life, and I want to do as much as I possibly can with mine.
Having spent the last few months assessing myself, and where I would like to go as future me, I've come to a few conclusions:
1. Know yourself. Know what you want, what you like/dislike and why. Know your habits, good and bad. Know how you feel and why you feel the way you do. There is no way I can renovate myself without knowing what needs changing.
2. Get organized. Even though amazing things can be born from chaos, things really start to evolve once all their molecules are working together as an organism.
3. Explore. Explore doesn't mean you need to leave the country it just means try something new. How are you going to know if it doesn't work for you if you don't try it.
These are the 3 foundation pieces I'm going to use to rebuild the way I live my life. I've been very deep in though lately about what it means to live a holistic life style. The way I see it this means the whole of me needs to be cared for and nourished.
Live life to the fullest,
