I’m a happy person, and on more than one occasion I’ve been considered annoyingly happy. While I’m not suggesting you can master the subtle art of being annoyingly happy over night, I think I can help you find a few new ways to smile. After all smiles are contagious and once you start it’s hard to stop!
Waking up slowly is one of the most wonderful parts of my day. I spent years rushing out the door only minutes after my alarm would go off.
Being ready for the next day also makes me smile. I like to know I can really soak those mornings up because I put the effort in the night before.
Don’t let people morph your mood! If some one else is grumpy just be happy anyways.This can be challenging but a good mood can be contagious too. In life we need to work together and sometimes people need help to be happy.
Get some fresh air and fresh food. Eating fresh food and being out in nature have a tremendous impact on the quality of my mood.
Spend time with positive people. It’s hard to be happy when everyone around you is grumpy. Sometimes you just need a happy people break to refresh.
Laugh out loud. Often and at everything you think is funny. People will think you're crazy, then you get to have even more fun! If you don’t laugh every day then maybe you need a pet.
The world is full of lovely and amazing things to smile and laugh about. Find beautiful things that amuse you and enjoy them. Every day is a blessing make a point to find pleasure in each one.
